About
Days Gone is an open-world action survival game set in a post-apocalyptic world overrun by infected creatures known as Freakers. You play as Deacon St. John, a drifter and former outlaw biker trying to survive while searching for hope in a broken world.
One of the game’s standout features is its massive Freaker hordes. Instead of small groups of enemies, you often face swarms that move like living waves, forcing you to plan ahead, use traps, and manage your resources carefully. Running in unprepared can quickly turn into a desperate escape.
Exploration plays a big role, with a large, detailed world full of abandoned towns, forests, mountains, and survivor camps. Your motorcycle is your lifeline, acting as both transport and storage, and it requires fuel, repairs, and upgrades to keep you moving.
